Fresh | Sugar Lip Treatment SPF 15

What they say: A hydrating treatment that nourishes, protects, and plumps the lips.Sugar Lip Treatment SPF 15 blends reparative oils and waxes with real sugar, a natural humectant, for delectable and dependable moisture.

What I say: A rich moisturizing lip balm. A light scented taste which I quite like but at the same time kind of reminds me of those lemonade hand sanitizing wipes. Feels on the heavier side but it does make my lips feel super soft! It provide great hydration however I wouldn't say it plumps the lips at all.

Lip Balm Ratings
Moisturizing: 10/10

Packaging: 5/5
Longevity: 4/5
Value: 2/5

Overall: 25/30 A-

This product would get a much better rating if it weren't for the hefty price tag. At $26 dollars for a lip balm, it would have to be something amazing. I received a sample size as a beauty insider for my birthday. Only been using it for a week and it's about a quarter gone! I would recommend it if you have really dry lips and it does make your lips REALLY soft. But for me I will stick to my burt's bees.

Review: Blistex Lip Medex

What they say: Blistex Lip Medex is formulated to provide quick cooling lip relief you can feel working.Lip Medex also helps to restore a healthy moisture balance to lips.

What I say: This is a great product to put on to heal your lips. Perfect before going to bed. Definitely gives you a tingly feeling when you put it on. And a slightly minty taste.

This lipbalm does everything it's suppose to do with no frills. Always good to have when your lips are feeling dry and cracked. However, some people might be put off by the medicated scent. Also it leaves a slight yellow tint which isn't always appealing.

Rimmel: Vinyl Gloss in Keep a Secret

What they say:
Vinyl Gloss now has a great shine magnifying formula for beautiful juicy looking lips that are bursting with colour. Its technology features a boosted magnifying Vinyl Shine Complex for a perfectly sculpted pout that is up to 80% shinier! The formula also boasts incredible light refraction and high colour retention.

What I say: This gloss is quite shiny but not as much as they advertised it to be. It's a yummy sweet scent but not so great for taste. Typical lip gloss wand but it is very easy to apply to all corners of the lip. The shade I picked doesn't add any color to my lip so it's mainly just a sheer wash of glossiness.

Lip Gloss Ratings

Overall: 21/30 C+

Just an average lipgloss. Nothing too special but at the same time not really any faults. Good to pick up if there is a sale going on.
