Wow this is crazy!
I’ve hit 10,000 page views and this is my 100th post. Thank you to all my followers for reading and commenting! You’ve made this an amazing journey.
To celebrate the occasion, I’m writing my FIRST tutorial post! When I read beauty blogs, I never really found tutorials that worked for my eye shape so I kind of refrained from posting any tutorials because it might not be applicable to every one. But I thought I’d experiment and show you guys a very basic tutorial using a neutral palette for an every day eye!
Neutral Everyday Eye Tutorial
Featuring: Rimmel’s Smokey Brun Quad
Review coming soon!
Beginning to End
I don’t have any other makeup on so please excuse!
Beginning compared to the end
Beginning compared to the end
Let’s Get Started on the Tutorial!
1) Take a stiff brush and pat on the beige color from the lid up to the crease.
2) Take a blending brush and blend the golden brown around the crease area. My actual crease is around my brow bone so I just blend it where when I open my eyes, the colors show.
3) Take the same brush and take the light cream color to highlight under the brow bone and in the inner corner of the lid.
4) Take an eyeliner brush and use the darkest brown to create a winged liner. I also used a smudge brush to create more depth in the other 1/3 of my lid.
5) Finish off with your favorite eyeliner and mascara.
Hope you guys enjoyed this post! It definitely took me a long time to take the pictures and edit i so hopefully it’s helpful. Let me know what you think about these tutorial posts! And if you have any current tutorial posts, I’d love to read them! ๐
