When I was cleaning up my makeup at the end of the year, I rediscovered this little baby. MAC Sheen Supreme in Look at Her. This was my FIRST MAC lipstick I’ve ever owned and probably the first high end lipstick as well. And then I realized it’s almost 4 years old and I need to review it and just use it up.
Packaging: It comes in the classic sleek MAC black lipstick tube although the shape is different from the usual. This one is thinner and longer than the original lipstick tubes.
Formula: The Sheen Supreme line is a hybrid of a lipstick and a lipgloss. The lipstick glides on and is really creamy and the color is really shiny. But the downside is that the wear time is shorter. It has the same vanilla scent and the color payoff is medium but this particular shade is quite opaque.
Color: Look at Her is a coppery brown with flecks of gold shimmer. However, don’t worry the shimmer isn’t gritty at all and it seems to just shine through.

I haven’t done one of these ratings in my reviews for a while! Time to bring it back!
But overall I love this color because it’s so unique but at the same time it’s hard to get regular use out of it which is why I’ve had it in my collection for so long! Great formula/scent and classic packaging. However, compared to so many gorgeous lipstick tubes at Sephora, the plain MAC tube comes a bit lagging behind.
Definitely give it a swatch if you are interested in a coppery brown color especially for the summer time!
