I’ve seen this “What’s In My Shower” tag going around and thought it was a silly and fun thing to do! I feel like a lot of us are pretty curious and maybe a bit nosy. Hence the makeup collection videos that are so popular on Youtube.
I thought I’d show you guys what I’m currently using in the shower. I try to not load up my shower with too much and have quite the storage of items hiding in other cabinets. I linked all of the products to the brand’s webpages so you can learn more about them if you are interested!
Hair
Pantene Pro-V Ultimate 10 Shampoo/Conditioner: I received this through influenster and I’m not a huge fan. It works fine but I feel like it slightly weighs down my hair and I need to wash my hair more frequently when I’m using this.
Garnier Fructis Passion Splash Shampoo: I like to use this in rotation when my hair is feeling more greasy. It’s more of a clarifying shampoo I feel, and it strips all the oil away!
Garnier Fructis Damage Eraser: I also received this from influenster. I LOVE this line! Already finished the shampoo/conditioner, but this is a deeper treatment mask and I only use it when my hair is massively tangled.
Body
I have the LUSH Rose Jam Shower Gel and the LUSH Ro’s Argan Body Conditioner that I like using together. The scent is really unique but is more of a fall/winter scent than a summer scent. I’d use this at night time before going to bed.
When I want a refreshing scent I use The Body Shop Satsuma Shower Gel. This one has a really refreshing scent of oranges!
I keep one scrub in the shower, and that’s the TBS Smoky Poppy Body Scrub. It’s a scrub that’ll leave an oily feeling which is moisturizing.
Lastly, I have my Bioderma Atoderm Gentle Shower Gel. This is a no non-sense, simple but effective shower gel with a really good lather.
Face + Other
Lastly for my face, I alternate between the Aveeno Fresh Essentials Scrub and the Balm Kiwi Facial Scrub. The Aveeno one has a finer scrub while I use the Balm one for days when I have visible dry skin flakes.
For shaving, I’ve using my EOS Shave Cream. Unlike most shave cream, this one isn’t a foam! It’s just like the name says, it’s a cream, it almost feels like applying lotion in the shower. There’s a subtle vanilla scent and I love how it keeps my skin soft.
So in total I currently have 12 items in the shower. How many do you have? Do you tend to keep all your items or just the ones you are currently using.
