bliss "night night" facial in a box Review and Giveaway

New from Bliss is a set called "night night’ facial in a box - $17.  This is a night time version of their best-selling ‘facial in a box’. This 3-step, spa-at-home overnight treatment is suppose to help you wake up with beautiful, younger-looking skin. As with other Bliss products, these feature the same formulas used in the actual Bliss spas so that you can take the experience home. See how they worked and a giveaway so you can experience it for yourself!

fabulous makeup melt gel-to-oil cleanser (20mL): This is a gel to oil formula cleanser that removes oil, impurities, and makeup. This product contains Tamanu oil, Absyssinica Seed oil, and Milk Thistle. Out of the tube, it is indeed a gel texture but when applied it to my face, it dissolved and felt quite plush against the skin.  It was able to take off mascara, eyeliner, foundation although none were waterproof. It did not sting my eyes which is a huge plus!

multi-‘face’-eted all-in-one anti-aging clay mask (2x4mL) : First things first, this is a mask that is meant for a treatment but not necessarily for relaxing. The mask is a grey-ish color with little gritty bits. You need to thinly apply this all over the face and then wait 5-7 minutes before washing off. This mask is definitely "spa powered" as it contains 10% glycolic acid! The mask also contains kaolin (mud) and jojoba oil.

The smell of it is minty but a little sweet so it reminds me of the fluoride you get at the dentist which is not the most pleasant scent memory. It also takes work to wash off but the instructions do say to use a wet washcloth. I tend to have a bit of grey tint even after washing with water for a couple minutes but once I wipe my face with a towel, it's all gone.

However, with all that said, HOLY CRAP is this mask ever effective! Right after using it my skin felt really clean and the morning after, my skin was so soft and smooth it was crazy! When I used this for the first time, I could NOT keep my hands off my face, I just kept on feeling it. However, the mask also claims to reduce fine lines and wrinkles which I'm not sure how accurate that would be. Don't expect any anti-aging effects, but it will make your skin SO SOFT!

triple oxygen ex-‘glow’-sion vitabead-infused moisture cream (5mL): This little kit ends on a high note with this cream. It has a light fruity scent either similar or identical to their grapefruit + aloe body butter. The ingredients include micro-algae, oxygen, vitamin E and vitamin C. Inside the cream has some beads which feels really nice when you massage it into the skin. It is a light consistency but very hydrating and I really enjoyed using it.

Results: Man oh man is this little kit ever powerful. I'm pretty sure it's the mask doing the heavy lifting but the two other products are nice compliments. The small travel sizes makes it perfect to toss in your toiletry bag if you are going away for a week or two and need a perk up. The cleanser and lotion will last way more than 2 uses and even the single use mask is quite generous inside. I think the price is also not too bad for a chance to try out 3 products from Bliss!
