Products I Want to Finish + Pan that Palette Finale 2016

At the beginning of the year, I made a list of items I wanted to finish I thought I’d recap and see which ones I actually accomplished. A green tickmark is showing that I finished, a red cross is I’ve decluttered it out of my collection. An orange cross is decluttered but I made a really good attempt at using it up! Also I’ve linked reviews to any items I’ve previously featured on the blog so you can get an indepth look!

DHC Double Protect Mascara– This was okay, it had a tiny wand which separated but the formula was hard to take off.

NYC Angel Lash– Fantastic drug store option for lush fluffy lashes!

GOSH Xtreme Mascara – This was okay, it did the job but nothing crazy.

Stila Huge Extreme Lash Mascara– One of my favorite products I discovered this year! I got some huge lashes when I used this.

Dinoplatz Highline Eyeliner– This is still sitting in my collection and I should probably declutter it as it is 3 years old now.

Too Faced Perfect Eyes Eyeliner- .This was way too creamy and I tried to use it but had to throw it out.

I didn’t use any of this up and I still kept everything in my collection whoops. I don’t feel entirely bad as I was able to hit pan in my Pan that Palette project. But I need to decide what to do with these shadows as I probably won’t get a chance to use them this year either.

ELF Glossy Gloss in Ballet Slippers/Tangy Tangerine- I really like these gloses as they feel plushy on the lips. But I had to toss them as they started smelling funny and I’ve had it for about 4 years. I used almost half of Ballet Slippers though!

MAC Creamsheen Glass in Narcissus – Loved this although it took forever to finish!

Tony Moly Tint Crayon- Didn’t use it and figure I probably won’t so I decluttered it

Quo Lipgloss – Simple nude gloss that I finished in about a month

GOSH Forever Lip shine in 003 Love Story- I really LOVE this product! Also finished it in about a month.

Charlotte Tilbury Lipstick in Very Victoria- This for some reason just doesn’t look great on me so I’ve given it away to a friend.

Lioele Water Drop BB Cream– I was able to finish off this BB cream after having it for almost 3 years! It provides a nice dewy light coverage.

Tarte Cheek Stain in Flush – I barely used this so I decided to declutter this

Too Faced Bronzer in Chocolate Soleil- I am still working on this and will declutter this out of my collection at the end of next year. It’s such a cult favorite contour shade but I’m just okay with it.

Buxom Bronzer in Tahiti – I continue to love this and actually used it almost every day for a month. I made some decent progress but it will still probably be a long while before I even hit pan.

Urban Decay Naked Concealer in Med-Light– I’m still working on this. I don’t love it on my dry skin but when I was in Cuba and it was more humid, this was amazing!

Here are my results for my pan that palette challenge using the Self Made palette by Anastasia Beverly Hills. I feel like I’m usually a follower so I love the fact that I jumped on the ABH eyeshadow bandwagon much earlier than everyone else. This was an amazing palette that I used almost exclusively from Jan-Oct.

I ended up hitting pan on five shades which I was very excited about! I would use eyeshadow about 3-4 times a week but I guess since my lid space is small it takes me a really long time to use up shadows. I was hoping to also hit pan in Pink Champagne, Witchy, and Blossom but I got distracted by holiday makeup.

Also I bought the palette for the two unique shades Deep Purple and Isla and actually never used them! So before you buy palettes think about whether it’s practical! Overall it’s an amazing palette with so many varieties of shades and endless looks.
