If you’re not familiar with the Too Faced Tutti Frutti Collection, check out my review of this super cute collection here. Today, I’ll be focused on the Razzle Dazzle Berry eyeshadow palette. I have a very small eyelid space so I’ve always been very boring with my eyeshadow application. Recently, I’ve been playing around with colors a lot more as part of my best fall eyeshadow palette series, surprisingly a lot of them have turned out to look quite good so I thought I’d create a 3 looks, 1 palette series starting with the Too Faced Razzle Dazzle Berry eyeshadow palette
Look #1 – Shimmery Cranberry
For the first look, I wanted to create a look that really focused on the star berry shades of this palette. The look features cranberry shades and reminds me of falling red leaves. I created a transition color with the 1st shade and then packed on the 2nd shade on the outer half of my lid. Then I filled in the empty spaces with the 3rd shade. I kind of repeated this pattern a couple of times until I was happy with the smooth transitions. This is the most important part for any good eyeshadow look as it’s usually not possible to create a perfectly blended look with one layer.
Look #2 – Purple Punk
For the second look, I focused on the purple shades available on the right end of the Too Faced Razzle Dazzle Berry palette. I rarely go for a cool tone silver look and I actually really liked the result. Just like look #1, I started with the matte beige shade as a transition. Then I packed shade #2 all over the lid and a bit above my crease as well. Lastly, I used a very small brush and pressed #3 into the corner where I wanted a bit more depth! I think it’s actually very wearable and perfect for a more bad ass look!
Look #3 – Gold Halo
Let’s state the obvious, I should have used eyeliner and mascara when I took this photo. I don’t know what I was thinking so please just imagine luscious falsies and a perfect flicked eyeliner. That aside, here is the 3rd look for the Too Faced Razzle Dazzle Berry palette. I really love the rose gold shade so I wanted it to shine. To start, I actually blended #1 as a transition shade even though it’s a shimmer. I know some people will only use matte shades but shimmer shades can work too! So I used it on the outside as per normal but also brought it into tear duct to create a semi circle. I filled in that semi circle with shade #2. I repeated the process until the shades blended well together but the rose gold still popped!
Too Faced Razzle Dazzle Berry Palette
Here are some swatches of the Too Faced Razzle Dazzle berry palette if you are not yet familiar with it. I LOVE the rose gold and cranberry shades! It’s fantastic that there is one matte transition shade and a dark black for lining the yes. I don’t reach for the lightest shade as it’s too ashy on me. But all 6 other shades are very different and have their own purpose in this palette.
