I’ve been writing about Burt’s Bees products since 2012! How crazy is that? Burt’s Bees is best known for their beeswax lip balm which I still use and love. But they’ve now expanded into a full natural makeup line. I’m all for a natural, shiny lip and I’m very excited to share my thoughts and swatches of the Burt’s Bees Squeezy Tinted Balm.

Basics
Name: Burt’s Bees Squeezy Tinted Balm
Shades: 4 Shades
Price: $9.97
Size: 12.1 g
Available at London Drugs, Walmart, and your local drugstore
Packaging
Each of the Burt’s Bees Squeezy Tinted Balm comes in a little aluminum container with a screw on lid. The different shades have different color on the packaging and on the lid. There’s no applicator though and just a round opening which makes this a bit difficult to use directly on the lips. It is possible but I find it ends up looking a bit streaky so I prefer putting this on my fingers and then applying it to the lips.

Formula
The lack of applicator is probably my only complaint for this product as I love the formula! Burt’s Bees lip balms have been my go to for years and I’m really enjoying the shine, color, smell, and hydration of these Squeezy Tinted Balms. Each of the four shades smell different according to their name. It’s not overpowering at all, and juicy enough that you’ll want to lick your lips.
The formulas are pretty thin and quite glossy! But you actually get a decent amount of color pay off. All four shades look different when worn which is not always the case with tinted lip balm formulas. Another huge plus is that this is made with 100% natural origin ingredients and contains beeswax and cocoa butter for hydration. If you like a natural healthy-look, these are the perfect products to cap off your makeup.
Shades of Burt’s Bees Squeezy Tinted Balm

Here are the four shades of the Burt’s Bees Squeezy Tinted Balm:
- Sweet Peach
- Watermelon Rush
- Berry Sorbet
- Mandarin Granita
- Watermelon Rush
Sweet Peach

The lightest of the bunch, Sweet Peach is a neutral nude shade that adds shine to the lips. It also tones down the natural redness of my lips and is a great pick if you want to make other features the star of your makeup look.
Berry Sorbet

Berry Sorbet is a classic berry shade which enhances my natural lip color. It’s mid-toned and matches my normal lip color quite well but adds more berry and tones down the red.
Mandarin Granita

Mandarin Granita is the only shade with a bit of sparkle in it. All the other shades are just pure shine but Mandarin Granita has a deep orange base with light gold specks.
Watermelon Rush

Lasty, we have Watermelon Rush which is a darker and redder version of Berry Sorbet. This is the boldest color of the bunch but it’s still very wearable and natural looking.
There’s enough pigment where the four shades actually look different and I can’t even pick a favorite as I like them all. They feel very comfortable on the lips and glides over any dry cracks.
