For years, I’ve disliked every facial oil I’ve tried. They all felt a bit too greasy for me, even the cult favorites like Tarte Maracuja Oil or Josie Maran Argan Oil. But recently I’ve been really loving the Antipodes Divine Face Oil.
I first discovered Antipodes earlier this year through their hydration skincare collection. The brand focuses on creating results driven products backed by science while using organic plant derived ingredients whenever possible!
Ingredient List

There are so many green beauty companies out there these days but not all of them have a super clean ingredient list. I’m very impressed by what is in the Antipodes Divine Face Oil. The first 5 ingredients are:
- Avocado Oil
- Jojoba Seed Oil
- Macadamia Nut Oil
- Rosehip Seed Oil
- Vitamin E
Texture and Formula

There is a dropper which allows a precise application. I usually only use about 2 drops for my entire face. The product spreads really easily and is a pretty typical facial oil consistency. What helps this feel less oily than other products I’ve tried is the scent. It has a citrus-y and floral vibe courtesy of the fragrances from sweet orange, ylang ylang and jasmine petal.

Results

What is really important to me when assessing skincare is the results it provides. A product can have the most advanced ingredients, but if it doesn’t vibe with my skin, it’s not effective. I started using the Antipodes Divine Face Oil when I was dealing with a lot of little pesky break outs due to wearing masks. My skin felt super irritated especially around the lip and chin area. I noticed results right away after one use! I found this facial oil really calmed my skin and helped little red bumps disappear. It is extremely nourishing and hydrating in addition to being calming and soothing for my skin.
