Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Concealer

I just started using Armani Beauty makeup 2 years ago and I found another favorite! I have a relatively small concealer collection and I tend to use the same one every day. Recently, my go to has been the Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Concealer! Who doesn’t want their skin to look like luminous silk?!

Packaging

The Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Concealer looks very similar to the Armani Eye Tint Liquid Eyeshadows. However, the packaging contains a lot more product and has a frosted finish. The lid has a very satisfying click close and I like the understated logo. In terms of the applicator, it’s on the larger side with a triangular shape. There is a bit of give but the applicator mostly stays firm.

Formula

I mostly use this concealer for spot coverage on my acne scarring. After searching up the concealer and seeing that the first benefit is hydration, I now understand why it works so well for me! I find a lot of concealers can be too thin and dry on my skin but I love how creamy this one is without feeling thick or sticky. The product is described as a radiant finish with medium coverage, both of which I would agree with. I’ve mostly been using this around the lip and chin area and it stays on well even when I wear a mask over it.

Shades

I only have one shade so unfortunately I can’t compare and contrast. Shade 5 is described as light with neutral undertone and matches my skin very well. There are 20 shades available and it spans a great spectrum from light to dark. I really appreciate that they used a different model for each shade so it’s easier to see online which shade might match best.

I have been dealing with new pimples almost every week. Unfortunately, they all seem to scar too and it usually takes a few weeks for the pigmentation to disappear. So that’s where the Armani Beauty Luminous Silk Concealer has been working its magic the last few months.
