Last year, I discovered the Clarins Lip Comfort Oil and it remains one of my favorite products today. I recently received all the shades of the new Clarins Lip Perfector Glow and I can’t wait to share with you the swatches and my review.

Packaging
The Clarins Lip Perfector Glow comes in a nostalgic squeezy tube packaging. The outside of the product is in a different color depending on the color of the shade. It’s a really pretty rainbow and an easy way to identify the shade in a drawer. The applicator is a white sponge tip. While I love the first squeeze, I do find this type of applicator can get “dirty” looking as you use it.
Formula
There are a few “Lip Perfector” products within the Clarins line up. There’s the regular, intense, velvet, and glow. As you may guess from the name, the Clarins Lip Perfector Glow has a finish that contain more of a shimmer and glow. Clarins is full of innovation and this product contains 2 mother-of-pearls to provide light reflection which results in a shimmery finish and plumper looking lips! Also, you’ll get the full lip balm benefit with shea butter high up on the ingredients list. It’s always a bonus that a lippie is providing hydration and comfort while leaving a pretty glossy finish.

I’ll be showing all the shades of the Clarins Lip Perfector Glow. I did not try on 20 Translucent Glow as it’s a clear gloss.
21 Soft Pink Glow
This soft pink shade is a nice light wash of color on my lips. My lips are pretty pigmented so most of the color you see from the photo are from my natural lips.
22 Peach Glow
I really wanted to love an orange/coral shade but this color runs too light on me. The Peach Glow pulls a lot more milky and I find it a bit light on my lips.
23 Pomegranate Glow
This shade packs a punch especially compared to the previous two. I was actually a bit shocked with how red this color was. I prefer to wear a matte or velvet lipstick if wearing red as I’m always afraid it’ll smudge or be on my teeth.
24 Fuschia Glow
This is my favorite shade of the bunch! There’s quite a bit of visible color pay off but is more wearable than the Pomegranate Glow. I’ll be reaching for this one a lot!
25 Mulberry Glow
Lastly, I was using Mulberry Glow during the fall and winter months as it’s a beautiful brown plum shade. It has a hint of silver though which makes it a more unique look.
Overall, I like these especially the Fuschia Glow. I personally enjoy the super shiny look of the Clarins Lip Comfort Oil better! But if you prefer a less oily finish and more of a shimmer, these Lip Perfector Glow would be the better product for you!
