You know what’s the current big thing in beauty? Fragrance. Perfume has long been a part of beauty routines, but it has taken centerstage recently! Fragrance has become a way to express your mood and individuality. I’ve loved seeing the influx of new niche perfume houses and also established brands refreshing their collections. One standout is the newly unveiled L’OCCITANE Flora Orchestra Collection, which beautifully reimagines some of their most iconic scents.
Before we even get into the scents, can we talk about the bottle itself? In a world where each brand is trying to be more creative than the other in terms of bottle design, I am in love with this classic glass bottle. It’s so sleek and classic yet contemporary. The font choices are also top notch and reminds me of Old World Europe but modernized for 2025.

L’OCCITANE Neroli & Orchidee Eau de Toilette
The first scent from the L’OCCITANE Flora Orchestra collection I want to introduce is the Neroli Orchidee Eau de Toilette. You may be able to tell from the name that the two white flowers on display is the neroli and orchid. These two precious flowers are complemented by fresh orange blossom and lemon which makes it feel more modern and light. If you’ve never tried white floral perfumes before, this is a great entry point!
If you love this scent, the Neroli Orchidee fragrance also comes in a shower gel, body lotion, and hand cream, perfect for layering!
L’OCCITANE Rose
Moving onto another floral scent from L’OCCITANE is the Rose Eau de Toilette. It can’t get more classic than a rose perfume. To be honest, I don’t usually gravitate towards rose scent perfumes but what captivates me for this one is the lychee top note.
With this eau de toilette, you’ll feel like you’re strolling through a rose garden, not dosed in rose syrup. It’s surprisingly easy to wear on a daily basis and the scent is so well balanced between rose, fruit, and fresh greens. This is a soft feminine scent that makes me want to wear an all pink outfit.
L’OCCITANE Osmanthus Abricot
Of course I would save the best for last. The scent I’m most drawn to is the L’OCCITANE Osmanthus Abricot. The earlier scents are beautiful, yet somewhat familiar, but this one stands out with a bright, distinctive twist that I just can’t get enough of.
I would say the apricot scent is not that strong but it adds structure to the osmanthus flower. The scent is really fresh and calming. Osmanthus flowers are also a symbol of good luck and I am all for spraying myself with luck.
In 2025, fragrance isn’t just about smelling good anymore. It’s about who you are, how you feel, and how you want to be seen. My office is scent free but I usually sneak in Osmanthus Abricot as it’s not overpowering and it makes me feel a bit more confident!
