Hello and welcome to Raincouver Beauty! My name is Angela and I live in beautiful Vancouver, BC. During the day I work in accounting and in my spare time, I love to test out makeup, explore new cities, and drink fancy cocktails! This blog is where I share exciting new finds and hope to inspire you to enjoy new experiences.
My story began from reading countless beauty blogs in high school. I started acquiring quite the makeup collection and in 2012, I decided to start my own blog to share my thoughts! A huge focus is on making my posts helpful by including demos of how products actually wore on the face. I also liked giving a numerical score to provide a decisive rating for a product.
In 2014, I changed the name of my blog to “Raincouver Beauty” to better reflect the focus of this blog. I love beauty reviews but also wanted to share my other interests such as travel, cocktails, wine, luxury accessories and exploring life as a young professional.

Many of my beauty reviews are from samples sent for consideration. I have worked with brands such as Covergirl, Drunk Elephant, Kiehl’s, Laneige, Too Faced, Urban Decay, and many more! I am also available for sponsored content and look forward to working together to achieve your business objective.
In terms of my travel content, I partner with hotels, tourism boards, tour operators and other businesses to create authentic inspiring pieces about the local experience. My recent collaborations include Visit Walla Walla, The Adventure Group Whistler and Ha Long Bay Dragon Legend Tour.
